Pacific Northwest band Old Cross pulls their influences from the early 2000’s Melodic Punk scene and bands like AFI, Alkaline Trio and The Used. The three-piece group released one self titled EP in 2018, and the most recent full length album, Daggers, in 2020 on Zomie! Media Records. They are set to release their new album Dead End Lullabies on October 25th, 2024.
Their latest single, “The Attic”, tackles “momentary existentialism” with “slight ominous overtones.”
Frontman Chris Hahn says:
The Attic was originally written a decade ago after losing a close friend and was never officially released. Since the new album will basically be an anthology of the last 3 years following my dad’s passing, The Attic felt relevant and right at home with the newly written record.
