After releasing their latest full-length album, Lifestyles Of The Sick & Dangerous, earlier this year via Century Media Records, Finland’s Blind Channel have remixed the album track “Bad Idea” via the band’s own Alex Mattson. If you missed it, they also recently released a “behind the scenes” video about the song itself.
Blind Channel also recently announced tours worldwide in support of Lifestyles Of The Sick & Dangerous: First, they’ll be joining I Prevail across the EU/UK in March 2023, before heading to the USA in May 2023 for a West Coast trek with labelmates Lacuna Coil.
Blind Channel first came to international attention through performing in the Eurovision contest for Finland, building on their fervent fanbase for their three previous albums: Revolutions (2016), Blood Brothers (2018), and Violent Pop (2020).
Lifestyles Of The Sick & Dangerous takes the next step, bring in authentic depictions of their lives, and leaning further into “violent pop music”. The title is a homage to the Good Charlotte track “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous”, and is a “statement of intent”.
