Nashville-based Canadian artist Shantaia has released her new single, “Find Out“, which is a preview of her forthcoming eight-track album, One Trick Pony, arriving October 16, 2026. A Sountry-Soul track with Blues accents, “Find Out” focuses on “the moment undeniable chemistry outweighs caution, trading hesitation for a direct and playfully confident invitation.”

Shantaia says:

‘Find Out’ is about that moment when the chemistry is obvious and you decide to stop talking yourself out of it. There’s a confidence and playfulness to this song that I love, and it gave me the space to lean further into the soul and blues influences that feel so natural to my voice. It’s a side of me I was so excited to bring forward on this album.

Produced by Curt Chambers, Brad Hill and Shantaia herself, One Trick Pony starts off with the Country and Country-Soul sound that audiences already know from Shantaia, but the second half moves further into Soul, R&B and Blues.

Audiences have been drawn in over the past year by Shantaia’s cover series featuring her horse, Dally. Other arists, such as Shania Twain, Julia Michaels and Kelsea Ballerini have also taken part in the series. French electronic duo French Fuse duetted one of the videos, further extending the series beyond Shantaia’s existing Country audience.
