Australian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Mark Wilkinson has released his very personal EP, Love and Loss, via Nettwerk. Pairing quiet vocal intensity with acoustic arrangements, the five tracks navigate “the delicate space between grief, relationship baggage, and quiet optimism.”
Love and Loss arrives amidst his current Australian tour. A video for the track “Goodbye” is out now.
Wilkinson says about the project’s emotional anchor, “Goodbye”:
This song is about coming to terms with loss. It’s about the memories of someone that stay etched in your surroundings and the process of adjusting to life without them.
Wilkinson’s songs “capture fleeting snapshots of beauty” that introduce grounded detail as well as leaving space for grief.

After finishing up a string of shows and support dates with Katie Noonan, Wilkinson will be embarking on the headline Love and Loss Tour this Fall through select Australian markets. He’ll kick off the shows on September 11th in Brisbane and conclude on October 2nd in Adelaide.
