On July 31st, 2026, Swedish Progressive Metalcore band Allt will release their new album, Ataraxia, via Century Media Records, their sophomore record. Along with the announcement, they’ve released the single “Omertà” alongside a video.

Allt’s Robin Malmgren (vocals) comments:

Omertà is about knowing better and doing it anyway.

Formed in 2020 in Karlskoga, Sweden, Allt is known for their audiovisual storytelling and innovative approach to metalcore. The name Allt, meaning “everything” in Swedish, reflects the band’s philosophy: “never to be confined within genre boundaries, continually delivering conceptually rich compositions inspired by the world around them and the stories and myths told through the ages.”

Their debut album From The New World in 2024 was a record “exploring societal collapse, survival, and humanity through a fictional post-apocalyptic lens.”

Ataraxia is an album that “draws directly from lived experience.” Musically, Allt continue to evolve their blend of modern Progressive Metalcore, but “placing greater emphasis on emotional space and restraint.”

Allt comments:

With ‘Ataraxia’, we wanted to write from the place we actually live in, not an ideal version of it. The album is about the search for peace and stillness, and all the things that can pull you away from it. It’s not trying to offer answers or present some inspirational message. It’s more about what it felt like to live through these experiences, or watch people close to us go through them.

Around Ataraxia‘s release, Allt will appear at some festivals this summer before embarking on a European headlining tour in November/December.
