Vancouver-based Alternative singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jon Bryant has revealed new single “Take Heart” featuring Rose Betts. The track features “understated, organic instrumentation.”

Bryant shares:

‘Take Heart’ is about the way I treated my younger brothers when I was a teen and the way I feel about it looking back. It’s about regretting the distance I created—being too cool to let them into my life. This song is my attempt to make amends with my past and move forward with love and intention.

Bryant’s recent releases deal with “connection, growth, and self-awareness.”

Bryant’s journey spans a series of LPs, the most recent of which was Psychedelic Salutations (2021). Bryant is also an actor, with appearances in Big Sky, Arrow, Riverdale, and Marvel’s Sentinel of the Spaceways. He also voiced Bitores Mendez in the 2023 remake of Resident Evil 4.
