Vancouver singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Jett Pace, known for his alternative Pop-Psych project Old Man Canyon, has released new single “24hrs A Day”.
The new song is about “finding your way back—to a quieter, more trusting way of seeing life.” It seeks to stay connected to an “inner sanctuary beneath the noise” and to avoid that “sense of being pulled away from ourselves” that’s common in modern life.
For those trying to sustain a creative career, that tension can feel especially painful.
Jett shares:
“This song came out of that struggle—out of noticing how easily attention fragments, how often stillness is interrupted, and how gradually that erosion adds up. Our reliance on our devices for information—and the endless stream of chaos —can start to feel overwhelming in ways we don’t yet fully recognize.
What we risk losing isn’t just time, but depth: the quiet moments, the unstructured thoughts, the real-world experiences that ground us and remind us what it means to feel human. The longer we go without those things, the more their absence becomes apparent.
This track is an attempt to move gently in the opposite direction—to create space, even briefly, for reconnection. A reminder that the way back is still there, waiting underneath it all.”

Old Many Canyon has released the 2014 Phantoms & Friends EP, Delirium (2016) and A Grand Facade (2018). In 2023, Jett released the EP, So Long Babylon.
His music has appeared in film and television, appearing in episodes of Bravo’s Suits, ABC’s Pretty Little Liars, FX’s Sons of Anarchy, Showtime’s Shameless, and MTV’s Awkward.
