William Clark Green’s ‘Watterson Hall’ Builds On New Perspectives In Life

Country and Americana singer/songwriter William Clark Green has announced the release his seventh album, Watterson Hall, for March 6th, 2026, via his independent label, Bill Grease Records. The title track, “Watterson Hall (Me & You)” is out now.

After over 15 years of writing and performing, the Eastland, Texas native “offers a new-found perspective in his life and celebrated career following marriage and the arrival of his children.” That perspective is clear on the new title track. Watterson Hall was made in Nashville with producer Logan Wall, with each track recorded live.

Green shares:

‘Watterson Hall (Me & You)’ is a love song I wrote for my wife after a night of dancing at her hometown dancehall. It’s the first love song I’ve ever written for her that I felt was good enough to share. The song shows a more personal side of my writing – it came together quickly but not without effort, and it reflects the changes in my life with marriage and family. At its heart, it’s about love, experience, and writing something real.
