“Weight” From Sunday Morning Struggles With Moving On

Hardcore group Sunday Morning have shared new single “Weight”, a follow up to “Broken Glass”, and the second single from the band’s forthcoming EP Forget Me Nots. Last month, Sunday Morning announce that they had signed to Open Your Ears Records. The band will be releasing their label debut EP Forget Me Nots on June 21st, 2023.

The band shares:

‘Weight’ is a two minute, high energy song that wastes no time getting to the point. It’s a song about moving on from things in your life, while still having difficulties figuring it all out.

Hailing from New Haven, CT, Sunday Morning consists of Westly Benjunas, Erik Stanzel, Dom Barone, Jason Moriarty, and Mike Verrastro.

The band got together in 2018, opening for artists such as Microwave, Boston Manor, Can’t Swim, and The Plot in You. The band released their debut EP Nothing Matters in 2020.
