Gyasi (pronounced Jah-See) has released a live album recorded in the USA, Rock n’ Roll Sword Fight, which captures their theatrical flair on stage. A flamboyant singer/guitarist/songwriter from Nashville, Gyasi is a modern-day Glam rocker who delves into the heavy sounds once pioneered by T-Rex, The Stooges and Led Zeppelin.

The album’s lead single “All Messed Up (Medley)” from the new LP is a track originally from Gyasi’s 2022 debut “Pronounced Jah-See.” The medley also incorporates a version of Lou Reed’s “I’m Waiting For The Man” done in Ziggy Stardust style, as well as a bit of The Doors’ “Back Door Man,” a song that was originally recorded by Howlin’ Wolf.

Gyasi was inspired in this live album by The Rolling Stones’ Get Yer Ya-Ya’s Out! and The Who’s Live at Leeds, to bring songs to a new explosive level live.
