Austrian Pop Punk band Mudfight have released new single “Drug Shack” which is “A hymn to all those who are tired of bending for others.” They add, “We often lose ourselves when we want to help other people.” The band hope this single extends their ethos of standing “for self-care and self-awareness.”

After releasing two EPs, the band, which has now grown into a quintet, released a debut album on SBÄM Records, titled Time For Revolution, in 2022. So far, they have shared stages with The Interrupters, Dropkick Murphys, NOFX, Rancid, Flogging Molly and Turbobier.

The band’s Max Nine says:

With Mudfight, we are primarily fighting for individuality, freedom and acceptance in society. Whether emos, outsiders or queer people – everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin and be accepted 100% for who they are.

In 2024, Mudfight will be embarking on a cross-border tour with Thomas Ian Nicholas and are planning the release of a brand new album. Until the release, they will be releasing singles and will be revealing their new material live.
