Mascots was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and blends Pop with driving electric guitar, and they usually work with Producer and collaborator Seth Henderson at Always Be Genius Recording Studio. They have recently released the single and video “Vertigo” which sets its sights on a future ahead rather than immediate satisfaction. They will be releasing a new EP in July 2024.

Guitarist/vocalist Robert Coyle says:

Our last single, ‘Slipping in the Dark,’ released on 4/3 is about the acceptance of change. “Vertigo” is the natural evolution and next step in finding hope, and seeing glimpses of a future beyond the instant satisfaction we so often seek. A social commentary on quick fixes that we use to tear ourselves down. It is the discovering of new possibilities and finding support to regain a sense of purpose.
