Watch The Corps’ Live Video For “Mockingbird”, A Track About Finding Your Footing In Hard Times

Vancouver, BC Melodic Punk band The Corps have released a live video for “Mockingbird.” It was filmed at the Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver in February 2023. The song appears on the band’s most recent From Oblivion EP, out now on Thousand Islands Records.

“Mockingbird” is a song about “desperation, confusion, and regaining your footing even when the ground is moving.” The band are also looking forward to an upcoming first European tour with labelmates Blacked Out.

Vancouver Punk veterans The Corps honed their skills onstage with the likes of Propaghandi and Satanic Surfers, and through teaming up with Producer Tim Creviston (Spiritbox, Misery Signals, Rest Easy).

Bringing together a love of ‘90s Skatepunk and comic books, they sing about real issues through the lens of their favorite “larger than life” stories.
