Indie Rock band Sundressed has released their self-titled album, out now via Rude Records. It features the band’s latest single “Nothing” as well as “Expiration Date”, a song that vocalist Trevor Hedges wrote for his wife. A new music video has recently been released for “Expiration Date.”
Hedges shares:
When I wrote ‘Expiration Date’, my original plan was to perform it live and propose to my wife, but she beat me to it!
The next best thing was filming a music video for it at our wedding so we went for it. This song’s about that feeling of finding your person and knowing they’re going to be a part of your life forever!
The band recently kicked off their West Coast tour with dates to follow in Seattle, Boise, Denver, and more. Joining the band will be Diva Bleach, as well as special guests Like Roses and New Here on select shows.
Sundressed will be celebrating their new album with a free in-store performance and signing at Zia Records Tempe (3201 S Mill Ave) on August 26th at 3pm. You can also find a limited edition blue vinyl edition of Sundressed, available only via Zia Records, here.

The band will also be hosting a special album release party on September 16th at Rebel Lounge in Phoenix. Titled “A Night of Adult Emo Contemporary”, the early show features Sundressed along with Sympathy Card and special guests Dogpile and Knee Breaker. The late show will feature The Adult Contemporary Emo Band, special guests to be announced.
