Hunter Brothers Get Real In Their Video For “Burning Down The Barn”

Gold certified Americana group Hunter Brothers have release the official music video for their new single “Burning Down The Barn.” It is also the title track of their new EP. Their video takes things to another level, blurring the line between art and reality.

Staying true to their country lifestyle, the video was filmed in a barn on their family’s own property and set ablaze after enjoying one last “barnburner” with friends and family prior to the shoot.

Ty Hunter comments:

This video shoot was one of our absolute favourites to date. Just imagine performing in front of a blazing inferno, after a full barn went up in flames in just 15 seconds! It was one of the best forms of pyro we have ever sung along with. The barn was located on our farmland, and prior to lighting it on fire, we held a little party on the inside with some live music, and a good ole’ dance country hoedown with some local friends and the Outlaw Country Dance crew from Calgary, Alberta.

Following the summer festival season, Hunter Brothers are headed across Canada for their first ever headlining tour. Hailing from the Canadian prairies, real-life brothers, J.J., Dusty, Luke, Brock and Ty, grew up on a farm and the brothers attribute much of their success to their rural upbringing.

Hunter Brothers have garnered multiple CCMA Award nominations, JUNO Award nominations and SCMA Award wins.
