The Martha’s Vineyard Ferries Team Up With McIusky For December Dates

Underground Rock band The Martha’s Vineyard Ferries, featuring Bob Weston (Shellac), Chris Brokaw (Codeine, Come), and Elisha Wiesner (Kahoots) have announced a run of December shows supporting the Welsh trio Mclusky, bringing them to Chicago, St. Paul, Nashville, Atlanta, Carrboro and Washington, DC.

Last year’s album Suns Out Guns Out from Ernest Jenning Record Co. came after a long break from the band. It was recorded between 2015 and the end of 2019, the bulk of between Wiesner’s home studio on Martha’s Vineyard and Weston’s Chicago basement. Some portions were composed in record time, others, agonized over for years. The next collection, hopefully, will arrive more quickly.
