Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and Producer Isaac Stalling has announced his upcoming debut album, Falling in Place, due out November 6th, 2026, via Soundly Music.

Along with the announcement comes a live, in-studio performance video for the single, “In Between,” which was filmed at notable Memphis recording studio Southern Grooves.

After a decade spent helping other artists bring their songs to life, the Indiana-born, New York-based singer/songwriter creates an “intimate introduction” with his own debut album. Written alone in his bedroom and brought to life with some of his closest friends and collaborators, the songs move “between heartbreak, home, and whatever comes next.” They also leave room for “the mess, and the emotional loose ends”, instead of polishing them away.

Discussing the album announcement, Stalling says:

Written over the course of three years and having sat on the shelf for another three, Falling in Place has been with me for a long time. It’s been written and recorded over the entirety of my twenties so far, and it’s morphed and changed just as much as I have. As much as I am excited to share newer songs, I am so excited that people get to have access to a project that feels so core to who I am today.

For this album, Stalling brought completed songs to Producer, engineer, and mixer Sam Skinner and drummer Ramsey Thornton. They recorded live without a click track and kept overdubs to a minimum.

Stalling reflects:

Songs are bigger than us. The more you let them just be what they are, the more special they feel to me.

He adds:

I want my project to not feel like a job. It’s just a ton of friends getting together and making music with very little shit in the way.
