Multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Gayle has released new piano-anchored ballad, “loving you is.” The artist says that at its core “loving you is” focuses on “learning to love yourself and, quite frankly, deciding to no longer tolerate the emotional distress of a toxic relationship.”
Gayle shares:
I wrote “loving you is” about coming to terms with the fact that I didn’t know how I deserved to be treated. After taking five million steps back, I realized how frustrated I am for accepting behavior that no one should have to go through and I’ll never let that happen to me again!
Gayle has also recently announced the release date of her forthcoming new full-length LP: Observing Chaos, which she co-wrote and co-Produced, set for September 18, 2026.
Gayle, who has previously toured with multi-platinum artists including Taylor Swift, P!NK, Cyndi Lauper, Tate McRae, AJR and My Chemical Romance, has spent the past few years “finding her emotional center”. Following the success of her double-platinum anthem “abcdefu,” the singer took time time to work on herself and look at adulthood, which she channeled into her nw album.
For Observing Chaos, Gayle looks at “the positive and negative choices in life, falling in and out of love, trust, heartbreak, partying, and the mania that encompasses life between the ages of 17 to 21.”

Having recently launched a new fan club, the g spot, Gayle is set to play her forthcoming new album directly to her fans via a road trip that will include album listening sessions.
Gayle previously released the EP, a study of the human experience volume one, made with producers including Noah Conrad, Ryan Linvill, and Pete Nappi, and its follow-up, volume two.
