Nashville singer/songwriter Alex Hall has shared “Your Love Could Start A Fire,” a summer love song “made for long drives with the windows down and the radio turned all the way up.” Accompanied by a neon-lit music video, this is Hall’s first new music since releasing his EP, Turn This Love Around, earlier this year.
He has also announced the “Alex Hall & Friends” show taking place in Nashville at Brown’s Diner on July 22 featuring special guests and collaborators. More information is to follow.
Alex Hall says on the new single:
One of my favorite things to do when the weather is right is take the top off my Jeep Gladiator, roll the windows down, turn the music up, and ride the backroads with my wife. Watching the sunset through the windshield, feeling the wind in your hair, it’s hard to beat that feeling. I wanted to write a song that captures that moment, like you’re right there in it, and be the soundtrack for drives like that.
Featuring collaborations with Vince Gill, Tenille Townes and Mae Estes, Turn This Love Around found Hall embracing creative freedom as an independent artist.

Hall has collaborated with Brandy Clark (“Women and Horses”), John Osborne (“Jealous Love”), Kassi Ashton (“Runs in the Family”) and Brad Paisley (“Last One To Leave”). Last year, he released his holiday EP A Very Merry Christmas From Alex Hall. In 2023, he released his debut album Side Effects of the Heart.
