Mr. Dinkles has released new single “Socialism Ditty,” out via Futureless. The track serves as the latest preview of the duo’s upcoming five-song EP, R.I.P.T., due out June 5, 2026, and follows recent singles “Letter To Elon,” “IDRW” , and “Eat Chips and Talk Shit.”

“Socialism Ditty” focuses on the “frustration of a generation stuck between endless hustle and shrinking opportunity.” The song “takes aim at the widening disconnect between everyday survival and extreme wealth.”

Vocalist/guitarist Mac Rettig says: “Socialism Ditty is about billionaires taking everyone’s money.”

Comprised of Rettig and drummer Rocco Ramos, the LA/Seattle-based duo have been described as “power-punk.” They are also influenced by Garage Rock, Post-Grunge, and lo-fi Punk.

Across R.I.P.T., Mr. Dinkles reflects the perspective of a woman in her 20s navigating modern America, someone who is “hyper-online, emotionally exhausted, and painfully aware of the absurdity surrounding her.”
