Five years after his last released albums, 2021’s paired releases Yin and Yang, Producer, multi-instrumentalist, and film composer Reza Safinia has released the single “I Feel U”.

This is a dark club song “about seeking connection in an increasingly fractured and isolated world.” On the track, Safinia reflects on the “nature of connection in a digital world.” This includes how people can have intense relationships across distance, and even interact with their memories of deceased loved ones and pets.

The track is the first glimpse of Safinia’s forthcoming new double album, 1/∞, an exploration of “the intense polarities that shape modern life delivered in four elemental acts”, which includes “Fire,” “Water,” “Earth,” and “Air.” The new track is taken from the “Air” section. 1/∞ is due out in August 2026.
