Singer/songwriter Jessie Wilson works with a Country sound, and has announced her new EP, Rebel & Reverie. The album single, “Vintage Ivy” is out now, an “ode to growing older with grit and grace.”

Wilson says about the track:

After a certain age, women are unseen, unheard, and discarded in the music industry. I wrote ‘Vintage Ivy’ with the intention of one day being described as someone similar to Ivy in the song: fierce and confident. Women like her make history, and they do it unapologetically. That’s exactly what I want to do in my career and my life.

Wilson released her debut EP, How ‘Bout We Find Out, in 2023, produced by David Dorn (Braxton Keith, Gabe Lee).

Wilson says about her new EP:

These new songs have a burst of energy and newfound life and voice. I’ve grown tremendously as a songwriter, performer, and person, and this EP showcases a new level of confidence and fearlessness. I’ve been through some things, and I think a lot of that growth is displayed throughout this second EP.
