Nettwerk Music Group has announced that Dutch sister duo and Folk artists, Sarah Julia, have joined their roster. Coming off their European tour dates with Mon Rovîa and winning the Music Moves Europe prize at Eurosonic Festival, the duo has released new single “Bigger Picture.”
“Bigger Picture” reflects on “control, doubt, and acceptance.”
The new single “captures a quiet shift in perspective that sets the emotional tone for their new music to follow,” and was recorded in Saugerties, New York, with the Producer Phil Weinrobe (Adrianne Lenker, Tomberlin, Billie Marten, Hand Habits, Cass McCombs).
The sisters describe the track:
Bigger Picture invites you to zoom out on your life, reminding you how easily small things can start to feel incredibly important. It’s about letting go of control, trusting your fate and feelings that are bigger than you can comprehend.

Sisters and Folk music duo Sarah Julia craft songs “shaped by sisterhood and shared childhood memories.” What began as individual musical pursuits became a joint creative outlet during a significant family upheaval, resulting in their debut EP How Do We Go Back To Being Normal? Their second EP, Only Making It Worse, produced by Catharine Marks (boygenius, Wolf Alice) followed.
The duo has performed on tours with Paris Paloma, SYML, and Mon Rovîa. They’ve also shared bills with Jacob Alon, Neil Young, and Faye Webster, to name a few.
