Bound In Fear were established in 2016 and since then have released their Regicide EP and full-length album The Hand of Violence (2019). They followed this with 2021’s Eternal EP, and their sophomore album Penance. Numerous tours across the UK and Europe have continued to establish them within the Heavy music community.

They’ve now released the single and video for “Headcase.” It hails from their upcoming new album, A Mind Too Sick To Heal. It arrives March 13th, 2026, via Century Media Records.
