The group Ringing has announced their new album another cycle in the cosmic wash, which was recorded live in a single session back in 2024, “capturing the band’s instinctual use of dynamics.” It arrived on March 26, 2026 via Julia’s War Recordings x Signal/Noise Records.

Initially, after the recording session, Colton Walker scrapped the lyrics, feeling that he had not been “singing about anything particular.”

The band then spent the following year with these tunes, “working towards what it means to finally believe in what is coming out of the speakers.” 

Starting as a solo project in 2020, Ringing has since become a “source of sonic inclusion.” As they began to find their footing as a full band, their sound became “more unfretted and unguarded with each live show and subsequent release.”
