LA-based Latin indie band Inner Wave has announced their Spring 2026 headline tour in support of their forthcoming album, See You When I Get Back, which is out February 27, 2026 via Nettwerk. The 25-date tour will kick off April 23 in Las Vegas at 24 Oxford and conclude May 30 in Los Angeles at The Regent Theatre, making stops in Austin at Mohawk on April 28, Philadelphia at The Foundry on May 9, Brooklyn at Elsewhere on May 10, Chicago at Metro on May 14, Seattle at Neptune Theatre on May 22nd, and more. 8X Latin Grammy-nominated Pop-Rock trio Los Mesoneros will join the band for all dates.
To celebrate the news of their tour, Inner Wave has released their latest single, “IF YOU LIKE“.
Pablo Sotelo of Inner Wave shares on the track:
I wrote and recorded this song in its entirety, in one sitting. After meditating, I recorded each instrument, only doing one take before moving on. That pacing found its way into the song, making it one of the more energetic tracks on the album. I wasn’t sure about it at first until Cruz convinced me otherwise.
Jose “Cruz” Cruz shares:
Pablo showed me a demo he had made that had a totally different energy and vibe that made me instantly fall in love with the track. I suggested only re-doing the drums (tracked by Felix Holton) and keeping nearly all the elements from the demo. You can feel the spontaneity jumping out at you in contrast to the rest of the album that was done with meticulous attention to detail.

The upcoming See You When I Get Back continues to develop the band’s sound, channeling Psych-Pop, Post-Rock, and more. The album will also be accompanied by an hour-long feature film written by the band.
The new album covers a period when the band have been “maturing with age, navigating loss and getting sober”, while incorporating feedback from three years of post-COVID touring for their 2021 record Apoptosis.
Guitarist Elijah Trujillo points out:
We started to notice that the most energy we’d get from the audience was from upbeat songs. We were really trying to capture that with this album, so we ended up going back to our roots—stuff we grew up on, like garage rock—while still adding our own flavor.
