London-born Folk artist Seth Tabatznik has released new single “Let Go Of Fear”, out now via Moth Music (Mother Of The Heart).
Having only begun releasing music in 2024, Tabatznik has also forayed into live music, with a sold-out debut performance at Boschendal Estate in Cape Town, South Africa, and a sold-out show at Green Note in London’s Camden district. He is gearing up to release a second album in 2026.
Raised in London and now based in South Africa’s Western Cape mountains, the artist’s work is steeped in a sense of place. Mentored by Nick Mulvey, who played a formative role in shaping his forthcoming album, Tabatznik was also inspired by his guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand.
“Let Go of Fear” is a departure from the more guitar-led Indie Folk of previous singles.

Seth Tabatznik shares:
‘Let Go of Fear’ is a cover of a Nick Barber song: Heart’s Mystery. Its a song I fell in love with and adopted over the last few years; as passed onto me by my guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand. I’ve sang this song round the world, in ceremonies, in singing circles and at festivals as an audience singalong and am grateful to be sharing this personalised recorded studio version.
