On the band’s upcoming sixth album, Stoned Jesus are expanding their sound and trying things they’ve never done before. The single and video for “Low”, taken from their album, Songs To Sun, are out now. The album arrives on September 19th, 2025, from Season of Mist.

Igor Sydorenko says:

Songs to Sun shows off the heavier, more aggressive side to Stoned Jesus. ‘Low’ is about trying but failing to satisfy everyone. The frustration ends up exploding mid-song into what’s now our most straight-up metal song to date.

Songs to Sun is the first in a forthcoming trilogy of LPs that once complete, will present a decades-long trip for Stoned Jesus. While recorded amidst the natural light that beams into Monochrom Studio from the surrounding Polish countryside, Sydorenko wrote these songs “while finding a way through his own personal valleys”.

Songs to Sun is also the first album that Sydorenko made with his new rhythm section. Shot in studio, the video for “Low” highlights their creative chemistry. Andrew Rodin holds down the low end while Yurii Ciel handles percussion.

Sydorenko adds:

Even though this song deals with some heavy topics, having fun together while working in the studio on Songs to Sun was the best recording experience each of us has ever had.

The video for “Low” was created by Marco Menestrina with footage filmed by Stoned Jesus.
