NYC band Native Sun have released their new single “Adam,” the latest preview of their forthcoming debut album Concrete Language, out September 19th, 2025, via TODO. The LP delivers a blend of Garage Rock, Art Rock, and Punk.

Vocalist/guitarist Danny Gomez says:

‘Adam’ is a song about friendship in a city that never slows down. People come and go, but the memories stay. It was inspired by one surreal night riding through New York, chasing something we couldn’t name.

Native Sun have recently shared stages with Geese, Been Stellar, Sunflower Bean, YHWH Nailgun, and Model/Actriz.

This Fall, the band will embark on a North American tour supporting Bass Drum of Death, which includes dates at NYC’s Baby’s All Right (10/4) and Washington, D.C’s DC9 (10/8), followed by their live debut and headlining tour of Europe and the UK.

“Adam” was produced, mixed, and recorded by Jonathan Schenke (Parquet Courts, Bodega, Snail Mail, The Drums), and mastered by Joe LaPorta (David Bowie, IDLES, Vampire Weekend, Run the Jewels) at Sterling Sound.

Native Sun have also announced some special hometown NYC shows this summer:

September 7th at TV Eye (TODO Records showcase)

September 25th at Rough Trade NYC (in-store)
