Robin Taylor Zander, a member of Cheap Trick, has shared his new single “Nobody’s Home” via Confidential Records. The breezy track is accompanied by a music video directed by Evander Lipps.
Zander shares:
The music that comes from ‘Nobody’s Home’ is based on true stories, told over a period of two years. It’s first person songwriting with a backbeat and catchy melody. For me, this is one of my favorite songs to date, with the material taking on new shapes and sounds and meanings after each listen. I hope it does the same for you.
“RTZ,” as Zander is known, is the son of the founding frontman of Rock band Cheap Trick, and released his debut solo album, The Distance in 2023. A multi-instrumentalist, Zander is now a full-time member of Cheap Trick, playing on guitar, bass, drums, and contributing backing vocals.
