Puerto Rican indie duo Buscabulla have shared their new single, “Te Fuiste,” available now via Domino, accompanied by a video.

Buscabulla co-founder Raquel Berrios says:

We needed this to be a high-energy song that you could jump to. The message is so cathartic that you almost need to dance to it to process the pain when you are losing the person you love.

“Te Fuiste” marks the latest track from Buscabulla’s upcoming album, Se Amaba Así, arriving on Friday, June 13, 2025. It will arrive digitally and on limited-edition clear vinyl, standard black vinyl, and CD.

Se Amaba Así is a song cycle “exploring the struggles and challenges of relationships in the modern world.”

Berrios says of the album:

We took the decided approach to turn inward, to ourselves, and explore the struggles of not only our own romantic relationship but romantic relationships in general. Wrestling between traditional versus modern ideas of love, Se Amaba Así is a cathartic, self-reflective journey of songs influenced by Latin and tropical genres of the past seen through a contemporary lens.

Buscabulla will celebrate the arrival of Se Amaba Así with a U.S. headline tour getting underway June 19 at Miami, FL’s ZeyZey and then continuing through mid-July. A special BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn show with Chuwi and Paso Negro is now confirmed for June 26.
