Southern California Post-Hardcore band Spark of Life is returning with their second album, Plagued By The Human Condition, set for release on May 30, 2025 via New Age Records. The LP sees the band expanding their sonic range while supporting the raw energy that helped define their sound.

As part of the album rollout, Spark of Life have revealed new single and music video, “Better Keep It To Yourself.”

Frontman Steve Jennings shares:

‘Better Keep It To Yourself’ really explores the feeling of isolation—being trapped with your own thoughts and emotions. That’s a hard place to be. This song is about finding the strength to speak up and the sense of hope that can follow.
