New Orleans-based singer/songwriter Sarah Quintana stepped into the role of Producer and bandleader for her third full-length album, Baby Don’t. For that, she drew on her own varied musical experiences, and worked with Cajun artists, French musicians, New Orleans Roots-Rock bands, and storytelling Folk artists, making this a very “Louisiana” record.
Friends on the album include the Lost Bayou Ramblers’ Louis Michot and multi-instrumentalist Leyla McCalla, with Rex Gregory on saxophone and Grammy-nominated Corey Ledet on board. They worked with a palette of rhythm, Blues, Jazz, and Soul.

Baby Don’t was recorded at the iconic Dockside Studios in Lafayette, Marigny Studios in New Orleans, and house living rooms across town.
