Roots rockers Yarn returned with their album, Born, Blessed, Grateful & Alive, in 2024, their first new album in eight years. They then hit the road, including an official showcase at Nashville’s AmericanaFest and their annual Yarnival Festival. Now, they have announced a live album, Live Yarn Vol. 1.

Live Yarn: Vol. 1 was recorded during Yarn’s set at the Rooster Walk Music Festival in May 2024 in Axton, VA and features some of the band’s favorite collaborators: Josh Shilling of Wynonna Judd and Mountain Heart, Joel Timmons, Russell Clarke and Ward Buckheister of Sol Driven Train, alongside Isaac Hadden and Caitlin Krisko.

The album was mixed by Joel Weldon Willis (Charlotte, NC) and mastered by Fred Kevorkian (Brooklyn, NY) and will be released digitally, on CD and vinyl on May 2nd, 2025 through Symphonic Distribution.
