California-based four-piece Archer Oh have released their new music video for the single “Spineless” off their new studio album, The Internal Theater, out now, on streaming, vinyl, and CD via AWAL.
Directed by Caitlyn Phu, the black and white video is “a constantly shifting visual journey.” The band members are “forced to face masked figures that emerge from the corners of their minds as they creep through an empty suburban house.” This leads to a “dance between the real and the imagined.”
Archer Oh are currently on their US-tour celebrating the release of The Internal Theater. The band also just wrapped a week at SXSW in Austin, TX.
Beginning in the backyards of the Inland Empire in 2017, by 2022, Archer Oh had shared stages with acts like Destroy Boys, Vundabar, Beach Goons, Six60, and Late Night Drive Home, embarked on two national tours supporting The Red Pears, and closed out the year with their first headline tour in celebration of their debut album, Gradients.
The following year, the band played 84 shows, including their first full-length headline tour that included performances at Treefort Fest, Austin Psych Fest, and Norman Music Festival, capping it off with a headline show at The Belasco in Los Angeles. They followed this with the Say It’s Forever Festival with The Red Pears at Los Angeles’ The Shrine.
