New York-based Indie Rock band Wyldlife works with a sound that pays homage to ’70s Punk, Glam Rock, and Power Pop. They create classic Rock ‘n’ Roll while bringing their own modern edge, and are also known for their live shows.
They recently released their new single “Bystander” via Wicked Cool Records. It hails from their upcoming May album release, titled Sorted.
Reflecting on the new single “Bystander”, vocalist Dave Feldman says:
We are morons. Maybe the sharpest morons in the room, but morons nevertheless. Complexity is not in WYLDLIFE’s shallow bag of tricks. This is a punk song, as it were. It’s a track along the exact lines of the material we’ve always loved listening to and along the exact lines of the material we’ve always loved to write. Hearing this song makes me so happy, I just wanna punch someone in the face.
