Singer and multi-instrumentalist Gabrielle Pietrangelo will be releasing her debut album Back To The Heart, on March 7th, 2025 and now has shared the video for the second single and album title track.

The cinematic video was filmed in some of Southern Arizona’s most iconic locations, capturing the landscape and huge sky that define the singer/songwriter’s hometown of Tucson, Arizona.

Director and cinematographer MiLo (Michael Longstaff) builds a collage of flashback vignettes to illustrate the protagonist’s journey: “Her winding path through the complexity of human relationships, forgiveness and self-understanding”.

This is what it’s like to love. This is what it’s like to grow up. This is what it’s like to finally find my way. Back to the heart. 

Winner of the 2023 John Lennon Summer Songwriting Contest, Gabrielle Pietrangelo has performed with a variety of artists, as well as arranged and collaborated with a host of others, among them musicians such as Howe Gelb, Brian Lopez, Calexico, Amos Lee, Mamma Coal and Sergio Mendoza y la Orkesta.
