Portland-based audio + visual artist Randall Taylor, aka Amulets, has released the single “Myriads” from his upcoming album Not Around But Through.

The Asian-American Producer works at the intersection of Experimental and Heavy music today and this album explores “the emotional path of moving through rather than circumventing, facing trauma and vulnerability while connecting the dots between a world of personal and social dislocations.”

The new album, Not Around But Through, features a collaboration with Midwife.

Amulets has toured with Unknown Mortal Orchestra and This Will Destroy You and has shared bills with Alessandro Cortini, Laurel Halo, Ragana, Chat Pile, and Claire Rousay, among others.

Not Around But Through marks his first album in 4 years and second for Beacon Sound. 2021 LP The Blooming was released by The Flenser.
