Only a few months after releasing the album Right On, Humbird returns with Astrovan: The Love Song Vignettes. Astrovan: The Love Song Vignettes arrives as 11 songs delivered  in under 16 minutes.

Siri Undlin, the artist behind the moniker, has shared the album title track, “Astrovan,” and will subsequently release one song each week leading into the full album release on January 10th, 2025. 

Undlin says:

This is less like an album and more like a message in a bottle. It’s warm like an old radio, fresh like weeding the garden, dusty with adventure.  It’s not exactly a smooth ride, but back roads rarely are. That’s the fun.

She describes the song “Astrovan” as “a love song about an adventure and fooling around in a van.” 

You can catch Humbird on tour this November, including support dates with Lady Lamb and an appearance on NPR’s Mountain Stage.
