Hailing from Bordeaux, France, The Great Old Ones weave the tales of H.P. Lovecraft into Black Metal. With four albums so far, they are getting ready to release Kadath, which arrives on January 24th, 2024. The single and video “Me, The Dreamer” are out now.

“Me, The Dreamer” follows Lovecraft’s young hero and fictional stand-in Randolph Carter. Carter “embarks on a mind quest through the treacherous Dreamlands. But, as the divine gods of old would have it, his night time journey is barred by unspeakable perils that push him closer to brink of sanity.”

Recorded under the eye of Francis Caste at Studio Sainte-Marthe, Paris, Kadath creates an immersive universe. Benjamin Guerry provides vocals and guitars, alongside Aurélien Edouard and Alexandre Rouleau’s guitars. Gregory Vouilla plays bass, and Julian Deana plays drums.
