Singer/songwriter Taylor Hollingsworth has announced a new album titled Yahola, arriving on October 4th, 2024. Hollingsworth works with what he calls “folk n’ roll” or Electric Folk. The album was recorded in the home of Hill Country Blues at Dial Back Sound in Water Valley, MS. Album track “Couldn’t Get To Heaven” is out now.

Hollingsworth’s music has been featured in TV shows, podcasts, and movies, and his songs have been covered by Conor Oberst and Phoebe Bridgers.

Hollingsworth has also served as the lead guitar player for Conor Oberst on several world wide tours as well as late-night TV appearances. Nevertheless, he continues to “focus inward, prioritizing his family and his own artistic vision,” follows the path of “a full-time local musician.”

Hollingsworth is also the founder of the band Dead Fingers, alongside his wife, and also writes for his Rock ‘n Roll band, The Blips, both of whom have been featured as the “Coolest Song in the World,” on Little Steven’s Underground Garage.
