Hood River, Oregon-based Alt-Pop band flor have released their newest single “Nosedive.” They have been rolling out a series of singles over the last few months with more to come. The new song is introspective and captures a particularly difficult internal struggle.

Vocalist Zach Grace shares:

I was inspired to write ‘Nosedive’ after a particularly bad night of low self esteem and low confidence. I wanted to write a song that dug right into the awful feelings I was having and not beat around the bush at all — which is typically what I do when I write. Everyone has moments where they feel their worst. The hardest part of that is how it feels like everyone around you has given up on you as much as you’ve given up on yourself. It’s a gut-wrenching song that explores the intrusive thoughts that try to make me feel worthless.

Earlier this month, flor starred in The Noise’s first episode of their new video series titled Something Loud.

Most recently, flor released “Warm Blood Pt 2.” With the song’s precursor dating back to their 2016 debut album, come out. you’re hiding, part two wasn’t initially created as a follow up, but as the band began writing with the intent of creating something like the original, things started to fall in place.
