Multi-award winning Canadian Country trio Petric, consisting of Tom Petric, Jason Petric, and Jordan Day, have released their self-titled EP. Featuring their recent single “Over A Girl,” the three song collection is rounded out with new track “Wheels” and a rendition of the Bonnie Tyler classic “The Best.”
The band shares:
It’s been a few years since we’ve put out more than just a single. We have some shows this summer that we’re really excited about, and we wanted to get this collection out to bring it on tour! There is lots of energy in these songs, and we hope everyone loves listening to them and singing along, as much as we love performing them!
They comment on covering “The Best”:
‘The Best’ is one of the greatest love songs of all time. We have been playing this song in our set for years, and it’s always been a great part of the show. We had been talking about recording this song for a few years, and really love what we were able to do with it in studio.
Petric haved performed on festival stages such as Boots & Hearts, Cavendish Beach Music Festival, the Calgary Stampede, Dauphin’s Countryfest, and the Big Valley Jamboree.

This summer, Petric will be bringing their new music to festival stages, including Country on the Bay in Thunder Bay, and joining the inaugural Shake the Lake festival in Kenora, ON, organized by Petric’s own Jason Petric.
