On their upcoming album, Ekbom, the French Death Metal band Benighted “crawl through a house of horrors”. Ekbom takes its name from a real-life syndrome that makes people “believe their skin is infested with bugs.”

The band have released the second single off Ekbom, “Nothing Left to Fear” featuring Oli Peters from their label mates Archspire. The track was inspired by “truly horrifying tales of psychological suffering.”

Benighted comments:

‘Nothing Left to Fear’ features our brother and incredible vocalist Oli from Archspire. This is the fastest track we’ve ever written. It starts off at 402 bpm! The combination of Julien and Oli’s vocals makes it soooo brutal! We hope you like this new song and share it to the maximum. Enjoy!

Benighted are hitting the road in April for the Hellfest Warm-up Tour. The French band are bringing along the support of Ten56 for these 13 lucky shows. Rise of the North Star, Stinky & KAMIZOL K will also join them on select dates.
