Berlin/Amsterdam-based outfit Goblyns have announced the upcoming release of their debut album Hunki Bobo, channeling Rock energy and dreamy Psychedelia. It will arrive in May 2024 under the banner of Crazysane Records.

Drawing influence from a wide-world of music including Kikagaku Moyo, The Meters, Khruangbin, Budos Band, Surprise Chef and CAN, the three collaborators on the project are always sharing new sounds and ideas.

Their debut full length Hunki Bobo builds on last year’s EP release. The 8-track album was recorded over a five day studio period in July 2023, under the direction of Andre Leo, known for his work with Medicine Boy and Wombed.

The sessions took place at Junxt studios in Berlin and the artistic vision behind the album cover came to life through Julia Schimautz, who meticulously designed the artwork.
