BLŪMĒ Hones In On The Essential For ‘Everything Is Going To Be O.K.’

Berlin-based Alternative Rock band BLŪMĒ was founded in 2022 by Noah Lahn, Adrián Cantú, and Samuel Bergmann, and they were later joined by Simon Henschen. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Radiohead, The Strokes, and Queens of The Stone Age, this German-Mexican group tackles “various issues prevalent in modern society.” They have announced the new album, Everything Is Going To Be O.K., arriving April 26th, 2024.

Their exploration encompasses themes like “mental health, relationship challenges, the ever-evolving digital landscape, and substance abuse.” Musically, the group “delves into a world of melancholic, psychedelic, and distorted layers.”

The stylistic roots of the group derive from the late 1960s and early 1970s. While working on their album, “one idea led to another, creating a process where the focus shifted from collecting material to honing in on the essential.”
