Canadian Country artist Dayna Reid has released new single “This House” via Open Road Recordings. “This House” dives into “the intricate emotions entwined with bidding farewell to a stagnant life in pursuit of greater horizons.”

Reid explains:

‘This House’ is a song about circumstance, and being in a situation where you look around at your life and aspire for things to be different – but you don’t know how you’re going to make that happen. This song is for anyone who has a dream or a vision of what their life could be like, but may not know how to make that dream their reality. The biggest takeaway from this song that I hope people connect with is it’s really not about running away from your problems, but instead facing them and running towards what’s best for you this time.

Following the release of her debut EP Back to the Trailer,  Reid released of her Top 40 radio single “She’s Me.”

In her debut year, Reid opened for artists such as Tim Hicks, Hunter Brothers, and Jade Eagleson, among others. Planning a great deal of new music to rollout through 2024, Reid will also be releasing a music video for “This House,” directed by multi-award winning director Stephano Barberis, in the coming weeks.
