Voodoo Beach spent two years making, their latest album, Wonderful Life, which expresses the group’s blend of Indie Rock, Jangle Pop and Neo-psychedelia. This extended time of writing and recording allowed the band to add greater depth to their sound.
Wonderful Life tells a story of sorts “about a band that was meant to meet its untimely demise” but thankfully Voodoo Beach are still going strong. Now they have released a video of their live session playing “Fremde Fenster” with Felix Keiler of Die Kerzen.
The album Wonderful Life was recorded by Dennis Juengel at Zum Alten Götz, Berlin. It was mixed by Dennis Juengel as well and mastered by Norman Nitzsche at Calyx Mastering, Berlin. Album design is by Philipp Dittmar.
