Swedish Alternative Rock band Washing Machina is gearing up for the festive season with the release of their new single “Merry Fuzzy Christmas”. The standalone single precedes their debut full-length album The Spontaneous Splendid, which will arrive via Lövely Records.
Washing Machina says about the single:
Our brand-new Christmas song, ‘Merry Fuzzy Christmas,’ is a festive indie rock banger featuring sugary-sweet vocals that encapsulate reindeers, snow, a gingerbread house, and chimneys. The guitars are amped up to create an electrifying holiday atmosphere, and we’ve included both bells and a carillon for an extra touch of Christmas magic. So, buckle up and enjoy the ride!
Previously released singles and videos include “Steampunker“, “Twilight Zone“, and “Uncompletable“.

Washing Machina took form in Stockholm, Sweden during the Spring of 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The creative spark ignited when Mark, Karl, and Sara began exchanging musical ideas. Emelie was recruited on drums, “completing the puzzle.”
They have already played a series of shows in Sweden. Recently, the band achieved a milestone by performing at a sold-out Heaven Up Here, an Indie Rock club in Stockholm. The band’s musical journey so far includes the release of two EPs: Perfect Misfits and Last Bag of the Belt.
