Electronic duo Pines have announced their sophomore album Life As We Know It, out January 19, 2024. In support of the album release, Pines’ new single, “Lost,” is out now.
Life As We Know It marks both a beginning and an end for Pines. Written over a period of multiple years, the album takes the listener “on a journey that mirrors the highs and the lows of life, drawing inspiration from the everyday mundane to the unforgettable moments.” They also describe this album as “a love letter” to their “relationship with music and sound”.
Collaborating with guest vocalists on tracks “Tides,” “Lost,” “History,” and “Slow Memory,” Pines introduces a Pop sensibility.
In support of the new album, Pines will hit the road in February 2024 for the debut US headlining tour.
